Blessing in Disguise

Last week I had several items for sale on eBay. I was furious one morning when I woke up and discovered that that my last auction- a baby carrier- had been canceled, marked as "spam" and all my bidders alerted. The problem was that I had put the words "Like New" in the title. I didn't know I wasn't supposed to do that! The auction had been at $15.50 with eight hours to go. I had to start all over.

I relisted it, upped the shipping by 50 cents because I found I was continually underestimating the postage on my auctions and having to pay some of the shipping, and sat back and watched. As of today I have just under 24 hours till the auction ends and the price is at $26!

This just goes to prove that I should temper my irritated reactions with the truth that I don't know everything.
